Cia de Talentos is selecting candidates that are interested in working in the financial sector, especially in Investment Banking.

Currently, we represent several clients and we are looking for people who have interest in this segment.

In this process, the candidates will be evaluated by Cia de Talentos and, if approved, they may be redirected to any of our clients, based on the candidate’s profile and the financial institution's needs and expectations.

INVESTMENT BANK

An investment bank is a financial institution that assists individuals, corporations and governments in raising capital by underwriting and/or acting as the client's agent in the issuance of securities. An investment bank may also assist companies involved in mergers and acquisitions, and provide ancillary services such as market making, trading of derivatives, fixed income instruments, foreign exchange, commodities, and equity securities.

Investment Banks have the following general division:

*Note that the above description encompasses the complete structure of an Investment Bank; therefore it does not mean that every Bank is going to have all these areas.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduate Degrees: Business Administration, Law, Library Science, Accounting, Economy, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Psychology, Secretarial Studies, IT;
  • Languages: Advanced/Fluent English;
  • Availability to work as an intern for 30 hours/week;
  • Graduation date: Up to July 2013.

THE PROCESS

  • 1st round: Application;
  • 2nd round: Individual/Group Interview or Workshop Group (in-person or on-line) and an essay;
  • Results consolidation and Feedback;
  • 3rd round: Interview at the investment bank.
