Manufacturing is a core pillar of our success, leading and coordinating the execution of our production strategies. This role requires on-site presence at one of our plants and flexibility for shift rotations. Our focus is to maximize service levels and optimize manufacturing and distribution costs, always prioritizing associate safety and product quality.
Beyond supervision, this role will involve defining operational objectives, implementing standardized processes, and continuously monitoring performance. Promoting continuous improvement will be part of your day-to-day.
Maintenance plays a critical role in ensuring production, quality, food safety, and optimal asset performance at Grupo Bimbo. This role takes place in one of our plants and requires flexibility to rotate shifts, highlighting the importance of hands-on involvement. You will have the opportunity to implement technological improvements and innovative processes while promoting continuous improvement and safety programs. Your contribution will be essential in preventing workplace incidents, reducing operational losses, and ensuring efficiency across our operations.
